Privacy notice

These forms collect business-discovery answers and product feedback to help Cardinal understand workflows, improve its software and assess pilot fit. They do not create an account, mailing-list subscription or purchase commitment.

What you choose to share

Name, company, role, contact details, volumes, provider names and detailed business information are optional. Only share information you are authorized to disclose. Do not include customer lists, credentials, payment details, personal records or confidential contracts. Pilot screenshots are optional; redact sensitive information first. Business discovery does not request uploads.

Storage and access

Submitted answers are stored in the portal’s database. Screenshot files are stored privately and are accessible through the authenticated owner inbox. Forms are public; responses and exports are not. The owner can review and export responses for product evaluation. This is anonymous participation, not a verified identity service.

Drafts and technical data

If you enable “Save my answers on this device,” text answers are kept in this browser until you remove the draft or receive a successful submission receipt. Drafts do not sync between devices. Screenshots are not saved in drafts. Avoid draft saving on shared devices. The form also uses a short-lived security cookie. A hashed connection-and-hour counter limits abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in response records. Hosting providers may process technical request data to deliver and protect the service.

Optional prospect-record permission

Business Discovery separately asks whether Cardinal may use your response and provided contact details for a prospect record. This permission defaults off and is separate from follow-up consent. CRM is disabled in this release and no automatic CRM records are created. A future transfer would require authorized review, consent verification and duplicate checks. You may withdraw this permission through the representative who invited you.

Contact and retention

Follow-up happens only if you choose Yes and provide an email. Changing that answer to No removes the email from the submitted payload. No marketing emails are sent by this portal. There is no automatic response-deletion schedule at present; the owner retains responses for evaluation and must handle deletion requests manually. To request correction, deletion or withdrawal of follow-up permission, contact the Cardinal representative who sent your invitation and include your receipt if available. Do not submit additional sensitive details to identify yourself.
